Hard seasons in relationships are more common than we think.

Struggle doesn’t mean failure — often, it’s an invitation to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and reconnect.

— Rhylie
We actually hear each other — not just tell each other what we are thinking. There is now more compassion for each other.
— Matthew

It has been really helpful to break through some big issues and understand why behaviors are happening on both ends. There is still a lot of work to do, but it is so helpful knowing we have you as a guide.

How I can help

Grounded in the transformative principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT), my approach offers a clear and structured pathway to healthier connection — whether you are working as a couple or as an individual.

For couples, this means slowing conversations down, creating emotional safety, and transforming reactive patterns into respectful, conscious dialogue.

For individuals, it means developing deeper self-awareness, understanding your relational patterns, and learning practical skills that strengthen all of your relationships — romantic, family, and beyond.

Together, we build the capacity for authenticity, compassion, and empowered communication that supports lasting resilience.

What to expect in a session

A calm, supportive, and structured space

Every relationship is unique, so sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. While no two sessions are exactly the same, you can expect a space where both people are given the opportunity to feel heard and understood.

Begin with what feels most important

We’ll gently explore what feels most important to bring into the space that day — whether that’s conflict, communication challenges, disconnection, or wanting to strengthen your relationship.

Understanding what sits beneath the surface

Rather than staying stuck in blame or repeating the same arguments, we slow things down to better understand the emotions, needs, and patterns underneath.

Learning new ways to communicate

You’ll be gently guided through practical tools and structured dialogue drawn from IMAGO and Nonviolent Communication.

Space for both perspectives

My role is not to take sides or decide who is right or wrong. I support both people to better understand themselves, each other, and the dynamic between them.

Gentle next steps

Many couples leave with reflections, practical tools, or small things to explore between sessions.

"Cor" is Latin for "heart,"

And the root of the word courage.

Deep relational work begins with a courageous heart.

Hard seasons do not define your relationship.
